# How to create a new job architecture

Available to any role that can, *except where noted*:

**Manage job architecture**

### **Solution overview**

To create a new job architecture, open your company, go to the **Job Architecture** section in the left-hand menu and click **New architecture**. Give it a name, and it appears in the menu ready for you to add jobs.

#### Step 1: Open your company

1. Log in to SkillsTrust. Your **My Account** page lists your companies under **Your companies**.
2. Find the company you want and click **Open company.

#### Step 2: Create the new architecture

1. In the left-hand menu, find the **Job Architecture** section. Any architectures you already have are listed here.
2. Click **+ New architecture**.

3. Enter a name for the architecture and click **Create**.

#### Step 3: Add your jobs

1. Your new architecture opens empty. From here you can start building it out by adding jobs, either one at a time, from a CSV, or from the SkillsTrust library. See *Adding jobs to your architecture*.
